CAREER COACHING

Space to think clearly when your career stops feeling straightforward.

What looks like indecision is usually something else.
Most people come to coaching believing they need to make a decision. Stay or leave. Ask for the promotion. Change careers. Set stronger boundaries. Find motivation again.

But what looks like indecision is often uncertainty about something much deeper—identity, values, confidence or the kind of life you want your career to support.

Once you begin to understand that, the decision itself often becomes much easier.
THE METHODOLOGY

Rooted in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) framework.
So how does that clarity actually happen?

Coaching isn't a fixed program. It follows you, not the other way around.
If you've never worked with a coach before, you may be wondering what actually happens in a coaching session. It isn't advice and it isn't therapy.

It's a structured conversation, grounded in ICF-accredited coaching methodology, built around one idea: you already have more of the answer than you think – it's just buried under assumptions, habits and pressure you've stopped noticing.
My job is to ask the questions you haven't asked yourself yet. To name the patterns you've stopped seeing. To create enough space around a decision you've been circling for months, until it stops feeling foggy and starts feeling like something you can actually choose. And to stay with you until you don't just understand the question better – you feel ready to act on the answer.

Most career problems aren't solved because someone gives better advice. They're solved because someone helps you think differently about the problem. That shift is what a trained coach is actually there to create.
