The conversations at Career Atelier are rarely only about careers. They are about confidence, direction, ambition, uncertainty and the life you're trying to build around your work. My role is to create a space where all of that can be explored freely, with curiosity and an open mind.

It depends on the service and your goals. Job Search Mentorship can range from a single focused session, such as interview preparation, to a 4–6 week package. Career Coaching typically involves 6 to 10 sessions, depending on the depth of the career transition you're navigating.

AI is a useful tool that can complement career coaching and mentorship. However, our working sessions are the ones that create clarity, confidence and momentum. Most of what changes in coaching or mentorship comes from being seen, challenged and supported by someone paying real attention, including to what isn't said out loud. A coach also reads body language, tone and facial expression, picking up on hesitation, discomfort or conviction that never makes it into words.
In Career Coaching, that means someone who notices the pattern behind seemingly unrelated frustrations, asks the question you've been avoiding and helps you move from overthinking to making decisions. AI reflects your thinking back to you. A coach challenges it and often notices what you're feeling before you've named it yourself.
In Job Search Mentorship, it means guidance from someone who's spent over 13 years on the hiring side – someone who understands what recruiters and hiring managers are really looking for, can spot when you're underselling yourself and gives feedback grounded in real hiring experience. That includes noticing when your body language undercuts a strong answer, something no CV review tool can catch.
